Shipping and Return Policy

1. Packaging

All items are shipped in plain brown kraft boxes without any branding, logos, or sensitive markings.  

2. Shipping & Delivery

In-Stock Items: Shipped within 0-3 business days  

Custom Orders (Out of Stock):

  – Production time: 3-5 business days before dispatch.  

  – Shipping carriers vary by destination.  

Estimated Delivery Times:

– USA, Canada, Europe, UK, Australia: 15-25 days  

– Finland, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland:15-25 days  

3. Order Changes  

– Must request modifications within 2 hours of placing the order.  

– Address changes must be submitted within 2 hours; we will update promptly.  

4. Order Cancellation

– Free cancellation within 12 hoursof ordering.  

– After 12 hours, a 15% fee applies.  

-No cancellations once the order is shipped (tracking number issued).  

5. Returns & Refunds  

A. Eligible for Return/Replacement:  

1. Damaged on Arrival:  

   – Report within 12 hours of delivery.  

   – Provide:  

     – Unopened box damage video (clearly showing shipping label).  

     – Clear photos of damaged product.  

2. Major Defects:

   – Structural cracks (>3cm).  

   – Broken internal framework.  

   – Electrical malfunctions (video proof required).  

We cover return shipping and replace with the same item.  

B. Non-Returnable:

– Opened or used products.  

– Missing/unverifiable proof of damage/defect.
